Safety

Yes, most of our routes are on public roads. However, we have carefully designed them to follow quieter local (L) roads. We avoid the busy national (N) routes to ensure a more scenic and relaxed experience.

Your safety is out top priority. As well as providing high quality and well maintained pedal assisted electric bikes, we also provide high visibility vests and helmets to all participants. 

Yes of course, at the beginning of of each tour or rental, we provide a safety briefing, explaining how to use the bikes and best practice for cycling on the roads. 

Yes, a lock is provided so that you can lock the bikes at walking points or if you stop for a coffee or lunch. 

Booking & Cancellation

Yes, advance booking is essential. We are a mobile business and bring the bikes in our van, so there is no shop for walk-ins. Please ensure you book in advance.

Yes, the bikes have a rear carrier bag that will fit some belongings such as a spare jumper and water bottle. The capacity is 12litre. 

No, not at all. It’s just like riding a regular bike but easier! Our eBikes are pedal assisted eBikes. When you pedal the motor gently assists you, taking the strain out of cycling up hills. We will give you plenty of time to try out the bike in the safety of the car park before your tour. 

We provide a very detailed route map, with a picture of every junction so you will have no problems with navigating your way on the self-guided tour.
